As allowed by French law for non-professional publishers (article 6 III-2 of law no. 2004-575 of 21 June 2004), the publisher’s identity and contact details have been provided to the host.

This website is a simple showcase. It has no forms, no accounts and no advertising.
- No cookies or trackers: the site sets no cookies and uses no advertising or cross-site tracking. No consent banner is needed.
- Audience measurement: Vercel Web Analytics counts visits anonymously and without cookies (page viewed, referring site, country, device and browser type). Visitors are not identified: the anonymous identifier changes every 24 hours and IP addresses are not stored.
- No third-party content: fonts and images are served by the site itself.
- Technical logs: like any host, Vercel records technical data (IP address, date, requested page, browser) for a short time, for security and to keep the site running.
- Emails: the address and message of people who write are only used to reply and to improve the apps. They are kept as long as needed for that, then deleted, and sooner on request.
Access, correction or deletion of data can be requested by email to support@gearstudio-hub.com. Requests are answered within one month. Residents of the EU can also lodge a complaint with their data protection authority (in France, the CNIL).
